Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve working efficiency in parts assembling by placing a working carriage aside a conveying device such as a conveyer for parts assembling line to thereby move the working carriage synchronously with the conveying device. CONSTITUTION:Aside a conveying device 1 such as a conveyer to convey assembled parts 2, rails 3 are laid, and a motor 6 driven working carriage 4 capable of reciprocal running is placed on the rails 3. Running speed of the working carriage 4 can be synchronized with that of the conveying device 1 by controlling the motor 6. On the working carriage 4, a parts conveying and supporting carriage 7 and a hoist 18 running on rails 8 are installed. While in assembling parts, parts 21 are put on a receiver 14 through the hoist 18, the supporting carriage 7 is advanced when assembled parts 2 are conveyed aside the working carriage 4, and the working carriage 4 is driven forward or backward to match the position of the parts 21 with that of the assembled parts 2. After the position matching, the working carriage 4 is moved synchronously with the conveying device 1. A worker on the working carriage 4, thereby, can assemble the parts 21 to the assembled parts 2 in such a manner as in the case of steady state.
