Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は寝台や患者運搬車等の床部の傾斜を極
めて小さな力で行なうことのできる簡単な構成の
床部の傾斜機構を提供するもので、以下実施例に

符号1は寝台2や患者運搬車等の床部であり、

左右方向に傾斜自在に支持枠3に固定する。この

して前記支持枠3に前記軸線と直角方向の回動
軸4を設け、該回動軸4に支持腕5を突設すると
共に、該支持腕5と前記床部1間に夫々の側で前
後左右方向に回動自在に支持杆6を連結する。
夫々の側で前後左右方向に回動自在に支持杆6を
連結する方法としては、例えば支持杆6の端部と
床部1及び支持腕5間にロツドエンド等のように
球面の摺り合わせ面を有する軸受や自在継手を介
在させる構成等適宜である。第4図はロツドエン
ド7介在させた構成の一例を示すものである。即
ち、ロツドエンド7は球面の摺り合わせ面11を
形成したアウター部材12とインナー部材13と
から構成し、アウター部材12にロツドへの取付
部14を、そしてインナー部材13に回動軸15
の挿通孔16を設けたものである。そして、かか
るロツドエンド7を支持杆6の両端部に取付部1
4を以つて取り付けると共に、挿通孔16に挿通
させた回動軸15を介して支持腕5及び床部1間
に支持杆6を連結する。尚符号17はカラー、1
8は床部1に設けた取付腕である。かかる構成に
於いて、支持杆6は回動軸15により前後方向に
回動自在であると共に、アウター部材12とイン
ナー部材13が球面の摺り合わせ面に沿つて相対
的に移動することにより、左右方向にも回動自在
である。尚、図示の実施例に於いては前記支持腕
5を前記軸線に対する左右対称位置に夫々逆方
向に回動軸4から突設し、この夫々の支持腕と、
床部1の前記軸線から等距離の位置a,b間に
支持杆6を連結しているが、かかる支持腕5並び
に支持杆6は前記軸線の一方側だけに対応して
設けても良い。しかして前記支持枠3に前記回動
軸4の駆動機構Aを設ける。かかる駆動機構Aは
回動軸4を回動させることができる機構であれ
ば、例えば図示例のように回動軸4に駆動腕8を
突設すると共に、該駆動腕8と支持枠3間にねじ
シヤフト式伸縮杆9並びにこれを駆動する電動機
10やクランクハンドル等を設けた機成とする他

長させると、前述と逆の動作で床部1を軸線を
回動支点として左方が上昇した状態に傾斜するこ
とができる。以上の傾斜動作に際しては、支持杆
6と夫々床部1並びに支持腕5とは前後方向の回
動と同時に左右方向にも回動するが、本考案は支
持杆6と支持腕5並びに床部1とを夫々前後左右
方向に回動自在に連結しているので機構に無理が
なく、円滑に動作する。そして以上の傾斜動作は
前述したように支持腕5並びに支持杆6を軸線

とができる。かかる際、本考案は床部1の中央部
前後方向軸線の回りに傾斜させるものであるか
ら、患者等の重心はかかる軸線に近接した位置に
存在し、従つて傾斜に際して要する力が小さくて
済むという特徴がある。更に本考案は簡単な構成
により支持枠3と床部1個所だけで該床部1の傾
斜機構を構成することができるので、この支持枠
3を適宜の支持機構で支持して寝台2等を構成す
ることにより、床部1を更に多様に動作させるこ
とができる。例えば第3図の実施例で示すように
支持枠3を傾斜リンク機構Bを介して基台10
に、前後方向に傾斜自在に支持すれば床部1を必
要に応じて前後方向並びに左右方向のいずれの方
向にも適宜に調節し得ると共に、図示はしていな
いが支持枠3を昇降リンク機構を介して基台に昇
降自在に支持すれば床部1を適宜の昇降位置に於
