ームに素材の進行方向と垂直な方向を軸方向とするピン
を介して上下動装置を連結すると共にそのピンを支点と
してロールフレームを傾動させる傾動装置を設け、また
そのロールフレームと上記各チョック表の上下の接合端
面間にライナーの介装部を設けたことを特徴とする電縫
