３に軸受４を介して同心支持した出力ハブ５と、出力ハ
ブ５と一体に回動し、かつ、軸線方向動自在に同心支持
した摩擦板６と、摩擦板６に固着し、前記入力ハブ３の
フランジ部３Ａとの摩擦接触を自在とした摩擦片７と、
出力軸２に対し同心の配置として回転機１に固着する取
付板８と、取付板８の円筒部８Ａに軸受９を介して同心
に支持した操作板１０と、カムホール１１を介して操作
板１０に同心配置し、かつ、前記摩擦片１への圧接を自
在としたフランジ部１２Ａを有スる制動環板１２と、前
記出力ハブ５のフランジ部５Ｂと摩擦板６との間に介在
させた圧縮コイルはね１３と、前記取付板８と制動環板
１２のフランジ部ｌ ２Ａとの間に介在された圧縮コイ
ルばね１４と、制動環板１２の所定箇所に形成した案内
孔１５と、この案内孔１５に掛合するよう取付板・
８の所定箇所に形成した制動環板回り止め用切起１
