て基本値を設定する基本値設定手段と、前記カウント手
段から周期的に出力されるカウント値が前記基本値のｎ
倍以上か否かを逐次比較判断する比較手段と、前記カウ
ント値が前記基本値のｎ倍以上であるとの判断が前記比
較手段により所定回数なされた場合に警報手段を動作さ
