Claims (1)
コリメータにおいて、該コリメータの回転軸にコリメー
タ設定用第1円板を着脱可能に固定し、該第1円板にそ
れと同心円径のコリメータ設定位置微調整用第2円板を
旋回摺動に設け、該第1及び第2円板の所定位置に前記
コリメータの中心線をX線ビームの中心線に合致させる
ための小孔及びそれぞれピッチの異なる設定位置微調整
用目盛を設けたことを特徴とする回転選択式X線複合コ
