Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

(1) In a Matsufuru furnace equipped with a core tube consisting of a plurality of flange pipes connected in the axial direction by a flange joint, an annular groove and a seal plane surrounding the groove are provided on the joint end surface of the first flange of the flange joint. The metal O-ring is pressed between the annular groove of this flange and the inner peripheral area of the joint end surface of the second flange that joins this flange, and the sealing plane part of the first flange and the second flange are pressed together. A sealing device for a flange joint in a Matsufuru furnace, characterized in that the outer periphery of the joint end face is brought into close contact with the outer periphery of the joint.
