Among conventional WI washing machines, those with rotating blades that generate water flow using rotating blades to obtain the cleaning effect require a large washing tank volume relative to the amount of cloth because the essence is to move the laundry with water flow. This means that there are fewer clothes that can be washed in - times.

Also, when there are few futons, the water flow becomes extremely strong (and tends to over-wash), while when the number of futons increases, the water flow speed decreases and the cleaning effect tends to decrease rapidly. Since the contact with the blade occurs only incidentally and only partially, it is not possible to expect a scrubbing effect on the entire laundry, and on the contrary, the laundry may be partially damaged.

On the other hand, there is a new method that has recently removed the rotating blades, in which the entire washing tank is intermittently rotated while containing water and laundry, and the cleaning effect is obtained by the speed difference between the water and the laundry. Although this method has the advantage of not damaging the laundry, it has the disadvantage that the speed difference between the laundry and water is small and the movement is simple, resulting in a low cleaning effect. be.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and therefore, its purpose is to be able to expect better cleaning effects than conventional ones and to prevent damage even though the rotation of the conventional rotary blade or the entire washing tank is required. To provide a washing machine which can increase the amount of laundry that can be washed, widen the range of placement in which an appropriate washing effect can be maintained, and also provide a more sufficient rinsing effect.

Kinoe Akiban, a container-shaped agitator connected to the washing shaft and driven in forward and reverse rotation is arranged inside the lower part of the washing tub, and the laundry is stored together with water in the washing tub and the laundry is washed. washing is carried out by the synergistic effect of the contact friction force with the circumferential wall of the container-shaped agitator caused by forward and reverse rotation of the container-shaped agitator and the frictional vibration force received from the upper circumferential wall of the washing tank. A back blade is installed on the back side of the container-shaped stirring body, and the water in the lower part of the washing tank is guided upward from the bottom by the water spouting action caused by the back blade on the inner surface of the lower part of the washing tank. A water conduit is provided, and a shield is provided on one side of the container-shaped agitator and the washing tank above the inlet portion of the water conduit to isolate the back blade accommodating portion at the bottom of the washing tank from other parts. Set up the body ()
By adopting the structure, the scrubbing effect due to the friction between the washing tub circumferential wall and the container-shaped agitator circumferential wall and the friction between the laundry items, and the difference in the washing from the washing tub circumferential wall and the container-shaped agitator circumferential wall are achieved. It is possible to expect a so-called massaging effect due to the water being squeezed when subjected to directional force, and is also characterized by the fact that the water in the upper and lower parts of the washing tank can be exchanged more frequently with less loss.

Next, the operation of the above configuration will be explained. During washing, a conventional rotating blade type washing Wl is installed in the water receiving tank 2 and therefore in the washing tank 4.
Supply the same amount of water as fi, and add the laundry and the required amount of detergent. The washing operation is carried out by rotating only the container-shaped agitator 6 in forward and reverse directions while the washing tank 4 is restrained by a brake mechanism so as not to rotate. In this embodiment, the rotation speed of the container-shaped stirring body 6 is set to 120 to 1 per minute.
The number of rotations is within the range of 80 rotations, and the direction of rotation is reversed approximately every 2 to 3 rotations.

Now, in such a washing operation, the laundry comes into contact with the peripheral wall of the container-shaped agitator 6 and the upper peripheral wall of the washing tank 4 due to the forward and reverse rotation of the container-shaped agitator 6. A rotational force is applied by the contact, and the upper part receives a restraining force due to frictional contact with the upper part of the washing tub 4, and by simultaneously receiving these frictional forces in different directions, it gives a twisting or compressing effect to the laundry, and this causes the container-like agitation. This is repeated by reversing the direction of rotation of the body 6, and the centrifugal force accompanying the rotation of the container-like agitator 6 pushes the laundry toward the circumferential wall of the container-like agitator 6, and the reaction is directed inward from the circumferential wall at the top of the washing tank 4. By pushing and receiving the laundry, it also creates an effect of reversing it up and down, giving it a complex movement. Therefore, the laundry is subject to large friction between the fabrics due to such complex movement, as well as damage to the upper peripheral wall of the washing tub 4. It is washed by being subjected to a scrubbing action due to the large friction with the surrounding wall of the container-shaped stirring body 6, or by being subjected to a scrubbing action by repeated twisting and pressure. The superior effect is shown in Figure 3 as an example of the comparative experimental results.
shows the cleaning ratio characteristics when according to the present invention, B when using the conventional rotary vane method, and C when using the washing tank rotating method considered prior to this invention, and it can be seen that the cleaning effect according to the present invention is high. .

Furthermore, as mentioned above, the laundry is moved by frictional contact with the upper circumferential wall of the washing tub 4 and the circumferential wall of the container-shaped agitator 6.As the amount of laundry increases, the frictional force also increases, and the degree of movement of the laundry increases as the amount of laundry increases. Therefore, the rate of decrease in the cleaning effect is small. Moreover, when the amount of laundry is small, the frequency of contact with the peripheral wall of the container-shaped agitator 6 is low, and the contact F
The Jm force is extremely small, and the washing is carried out mainly by the low-speed rotation of the container-shaped agitator 6 with a large surface area. The washing is carried out by the water flow generated in the inner metal body, so it is similar to the conventional rotary vane method. Since the water flow does not become extremely strong, excessive cleaning is not caused and an appropriate degree of cleaning can be ensured regardless of the amount of cloth used. These facts mean that the range of the amount of cloth that can maintain an appropriate cleaning effect is wider than in the case of the prior art described above (see FIG. 3).

Therefore, during the above-mentioned washing and rinsing operations similar to those described above, as the container-shaped agitator 6 rotates, the back blade 10 sucks the water in the water receiving tank 2 through the opening 12 through the water passage hole 13 and flows outward. The discharged water is led to the water conduit 17, passes through the water conduit 17, passes through the water conduit 18, and is discharged from the filter 20 into the washing tank 4, which is repeated. This not only facilitates the exchange of water between the upper and lower parts of the washing tank 4, and quickly eliminates unevenness in the detergent moisture content of the washing liquid during washing, but also
In particular, it can speed up the dilution of the entire washing solution when washing.
In this way, effective and efficient rinsing can be carried out, especially when there are many particles of laundry and it is difficult to dilute the entire washing liquid.
In the entrance part 178 part and the upper part of the washing tank 4 located at the same height as here, the isolator 11 is installed at the lower part of the washing tank 4 (lower part of the washing tank 4).
Since the concave portion 14 serving as the rear blade accommodating portion in a) is shielded from other parts except for facing the water conduit entrance 17a, the water discharged by the rear blade 10 as described above also does not reach other parts. Only a small amount of water leaks from a very small gap between the insulator 11, the cover 16, and the inner surface of the lower part of the washing tank 4, and therefore almost all of the discharged water can be introduced into the water conduit 17. Therefore, water can be fed with less loss, further contributing to the improvement of the above-mentioned washing effect and rinsing effect.

Note that the shield 11 may be replaced with a horizontally protruding shield 28 as shown in FIG. The absolute 11 is the lower part of the tank 4
Since it is oriented in the die cutting direction of a, the moldability is also good. In this case, the insulators may be provided so as to protrude from the cover 16 (on the side of the washing tank 4). On the other hand, the water conduit 17 may be the only thing that receives the water discharging action caused by the G back blade 10 and guides the water in the lower part of the washing tank 4 upward. The same effects as described above can be obtained with respect to the dilution of the washing liquid and the like. However, in the above-mentioned 1) fHL which has not only the headrace channel 17 but also the water supply channel 18, it is possible to press down the laundry present in the upper part of the washing tank 4 by the water discharged from its tip. At the same time, it is possible to obtain the effect of directly spraying the washing liquid on the laundry, or directly washing away the detergent from it, and furthermore, it is possible to obtain the effect of directly spraying the washing liquid on the laundry, or directly washing away the detergent. You can even get the effect of melting away. Furthermore, the above-mentioned embodiment in which the filter 20 for capturing lint is provided at the tip of the water supply channel 18 has the advantage that it can effectively capture the lint floating in the water separated from the laundry. However, the filter 20 also has
Like the water supply channel 18, it is not necessarily necessary. In the case of the above embodiment, the dewatering operation is performed by operating a clutch mechanism (not shown) or the like after draining water due to a malfunction in the drain valve 25 to rotate the washing tank 4 and the container-shaped agitator 6 together at high speed in one direction. However, the present invention may be applied to a washing tank that does not have a 1B2 water function, and for this reason, the peripheral wall of the washing tank may be made non-porous so as to store water within itself. It is also possible to have a structure in which the pear water receiving tank is removed, and therefore, various parts for rotationally driving the washing tank do not need to be provided. Also, in this case, the water hole 13
As an alternative to the opening 12, a water passage hole may be formed near the center of the bottom of the container-shaped stirring body 6.

As is clear from the above, in the washing II of the present invention, a container-shaped agitator whose bottom part is connected to a washing shaft and is driven to rotate in forward and reverse directions is disposed in the inner lower part of the washing tank, and the laundry is placed in the washing tank. amended with water
and the laundry is washed by the synergistic effect of the contact friction force with the peripheral wall of the container-shaped agitator caused by the forward and reverse rotation of the container-shaped agitator and the frictional force received from the upper peripheral wall of the washing tub. A back blade is provided on the back surface of the container-shaped stirring body, and the water in the lower part of the washing tank is guided upward from the bottom by receiving the water spouting action caused by the back blade on the inner surface of the lower part of the washing tank. (A water conduit is provided, and an insulating body is provided near the entrance of the water conduit to isolate the back blade accommodating portion at the lower part of the washing tank from other parts other than the water supply to the inlet of the water conduit.) It is characterized by the fact that it can be expected to have a better cleaning effect and prevent cloth damage than conventional methods without using the conventional rotary blade or the rotation of the entire washing tank, and it can also increase the amount that can be washed at one time. It has various excellent effects, such as widening the range of amount of cloth that can maintain an appropriate cleaning effect, and also making it possible to achieve a more sufficient rinsing effect by 1 q.
