Abstract

PURPOSE:To constantly enable smooth turning of a clamp lever by disposing a clamp lever supporting part above the window opened on a bottom cowling and closing the window with a sealing member, with the crank lever clamped. CONSTITUTION:At one side of a cowling 20, a hook 22 is fixed to the inner face of a top cowling 20b with a sealing member 26 therebetween and engaged in the recess 24 formed on the inner face of a bottom cowling 20a. At the other side of the cowling 20, another hook 32 is fixed to the inner face of a top cowling 20b and a clamp device 30 wherein a crank lever 42 is pivotally supported with a bolt 44 is attached from the inside to the window 34 of the bottom cowling 20a with a sealing member 36 disposed therebetween. And the device 30 is made into engagement with the hook 32 by turning the crank lever 42 on the outside of the cowling. The sealing member 36 has a slit 36a through which the lever 42 passes, whereby preventing entry of sea water and handling the lever 42 smoothly.

たものである。以下図示の実施例に基づき1本発明の詳
細な説明する。
