示すトルク規定形取外し防止ねじを検討し、該ねじの欠
点を改善したものが本発明であるのでこれを従来例とし
て説明する。ねじ30は、甲丸形をした頭部31とねじ
軸部32によつて形成され、頭部31の上面には所定深
さの円形凹溝33が設けられている。円形凹溝33の内
周面33aの対称位置には、各セン断チップ34、35
が各々軸心方向へ突設されている。セン断チップ34、
35は頭部31あるいは円形凹溝33を形成する際に突
出させるが、その下面は円形凹溝33の底面33bと一
体に接合されている。前記構成によるねじ30は、第4
図で示す如きセン断ドライバー40によつて締付け作業
が行なわれる。このセン断ドライバー40は、前記ねじ
30の円形凹溝33内に嵌合可能な外径を有する円柱体
41の先端に、前記セン断チップ34、35に各々係合
可能な切欠部42、43を設けたものである。 前記セ
ン断ドライバー40の所定の回動工具に装着させ、被締
付部材のねじ穴に挿入された前記ねじ30の円形凹溝3
3内に嵌合させたのち回動させると、切欠部42、43
がセン断チップ34、35に係合した状態でねじ30が
ねじ込まれる。そしてねじ30の頭部座面31aが被締
付部材のねじ穴表面に当接し、その後に予め設定された
規定トルク以上の締付力が前記セン断チップ3j4、3
5に加えられると、第5図のようにセン断チップは円形
凹溝33の円周面33aと底面33をに接合している両

ながら前記の規定トルクは完全な締付力を得るのに適正
