A mounting frame for a blower that draws outside air from the inlet force into a flow path from the inlet to the outlet in an outer case equipped with an inlet and an outlet and sends it to the outlet, a loading frame for a coarse-performance air filter, and a frame for loading a coarse-performance air filter. The filter loading frame and the high-performance air filter loading frame are arranged in the listed order starting from the one closest to the entrance, and the side wall of the outer case has a door for inspection of the blower and a door for replacement of each air filter. In a clean air production device, a blower is fixed to a mounting frame, and a coarse-performance air filter and a medium-performance air filter are installed in each loading frame so that they can be replaced by inserting and removing them through replacement ports.
