1 Disclosure of the Invention] The present invention utilizes an existing glass plate without removing the existing window, and constructs a multi-layer glass plate window on an existing glass plate, and has the above-mentioned structure. This invention solves all the drawbacks of the conventional example. The invention will be described in detail below with reference to embodiments. (A) is an existing window, with upper and lower rails +21131 installed on the window frame tl+
Similarly, the window frame t41'r is installed so that it can be moved freely. An existing glass plate (5) is fitted into this window sill (4) via a gray tint chashinel. (6) is a multilayer glass plate, and a peripheral frame (7) having a substantially U-shaped cross section is fitted around the peripheral edge. A back-up material (8) is completely filled between the multi-layer lath plate (6) and the peripheral frame (7) and is bonded with double-sided adhesive tape (9) and sealing material (10). . Such double-sided adhesive tape (9) is made of, for example, a base fabric impregnated with butyl rubber, and has a sealant I)U(
10) is Evo + Shi resin. The corner part of the peripheral frame (7) is designed by inserting an L-shaped connecting rod ++2) into the bottom groove (11) provided in the longitudinal direction of the peripheral frame (7), as shown in Fig. 4. The front side is bonded with an L-shaped joint cover α31'6 adhesive. However, the multilayer glass plate (6) for the lever is placed on the indoor side of the existing glass plate +61, and a peripheral frame (7) is placed around the periphery of the existing glass plate (5).
The multi-layer glass plate (6) and the existing glass plate (5) are joined together.
A gap (S) is formed between the two. When joining the peripheral frame (7), it is glued with double-sided adhesive tape (9) and a sealing material (10) is filled in between, so that the double-sided adhesive tape (9) and the coolant material ( The two-layer adhesive layer with lO) enhances the airtight effect. A frame material is arranged around the outdoor side periphery of the existing glass plate (5), and this frame material is glued. As shown in Fig. 5, the frame material 04) is provided in the longitudinal direction of the frame material 04) and is connected to the fc bottom meeting groove 11) with an L-shaped connecting rod 02)'.
The L-shaped joint cover 05) is glued to the front side. Multi-layer glass board (
Insertion holes (I6) are provided in the two corners of 6), and dry residue or inert residue can be enclosed and sealed with a sealing tool. In addition, when the existing window sill (4) has a crescent holder or a handle, #'i: As shown in Figure 6, a mouth-shaped notch (19) is provided in the double-glazed glass plate (6). , the peripheral frame (7) is bent into an opening shape and placed along the edge of the notch (I9).

A multi-layer glass board (6) is housed on the indoor side surface of the existing glass board f5i with a peripheral frame (7), and the existing glass board (6) is installed on the indoor side surface of the existing glass board f5i. In this way, voids (S) are formed on both the indoor and outdoor sides of the existing glass plate (6). A frame material 041 is adhered to the periphery of this double-layer glass plate (6) on the outdoor side. At this time as well, dry air and inert scum can be filled into the gap (S) between the two layers.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, the present invention arranges a double-layered glass plate on at least one side of an existing glass plate fitted into the window sill of an existing window, and creates a space between the existing glass plate and the double-layered glass plate. The periphery of the multi-layered glass panel is bonded to the existing glass panel so that a void is formed in the window, so you can create a double-glazed window by simply joining the multi-layered glass panel without removing the existing window. It is easy to construct multilayer glass windows and can be constructed at low cost. At this time, if you attach the multi-layer lath board to the indoor side, you can easily construct a multi-layer glass window from indoor 9A11 without having to assemble all the scaffolding! In the second aspect of the present invention, a peripheral frame attached to the periphery of the glass plate for multi-layer use is joined to the periphery of the existing glass plate, and a peripheral frame on the side opposite to the glass plate for multi-layer use of the existing glass plate is installed. Since the frame material is bonded, even if it is bonded to an existing glass plate, the bonded part is hidden by the frame and frame material, which improves the aesthetic sense.
The bonding agent used to bond the peripheral frame and the frame material is not exposed to direct sunlight, thereby preventing the bonding agent from aging. Furthermore, in the fifth aspect of the present invention, multi-layer glass plates are arranged on both the indoor side and outdoor side of the existing glass plate, and a gap is formed between the existing glass plate and each multi-layer glass plate. Since the periphery of each double-layer glass plate is bonded to the existing glass plate so that a It is possible to construct a three-layer double-layered glass window. Furthermore, according to the uninvented @4 invention, double-layer glass plates are arranged on both the indoor side and the outdoor side of the existing glass plate, and the peripheral edge is attached to the periphery of the double-layer glass plate on the indoor side. The frame is joined to the existing glass plate in such a way that a gap is formed between the existing glass plate and the multilayer glass plate, and the periphery of the multilayer glass plate on the outdoor side is connected to the existing glass plate and the multilayer glass plate. Since the frame material is attached to the periphery of the double-glazed glass panel on the outdoor side, the periphery of the double-glazed glass window is Not only can you improve the aesthetic appearance of the frame and picture frame material, but you can also prevent the aging of the bonding material.
