近来トンネルの施工に際し、・旧来の支保工式施工法に
対しナトム施工が主力となって来ているが、!ナトムエ
法の場合、1吹イqコンクリートと他山へのロックボル
トI+鋼製支保工の粗合仕で他山強度も有効に活用し、
集的に地山を保持する誠に合理的な工法であり、(掘削
後ただらに他山のゆるみを押えるため吹付コンクリート
をhil・工することを原則としているが、この工法は
コンクリート (乾式まだは湿式)を高圧で七メントガ
ンでトンネル壁に吹イ」(5〜200M) コンクリー
トの壁を造り上記ゆるみを押える工法であり、コンクリ
ートが他山面に衝突は9つ(と同時に一部はaね返り、
また一部は粉じんとして空中に飛散する(湿式の方が粉
じんは少ない)ため作業区域は、粉じんが立込み作業環
境が非常に悪く労働者の健康管理上からも由々しき問題
である。もちろん高額な集じん機や換気設備を行えば解
決出来る訳であるが経剤的な問題O作業性の問題等考え
併セると実施が難かしいので、!この対策として簡易な
設備で粉じんを低減さ七健全な作業環境を確保すること
