Claims (1)
- リード上に固着された半導体ベレットと該半導体ペレッ
トの電極と隣接するリードの接続をするボンティングワ
イヤーと前記半導体ベレットボンディングワイヤーおよ
びリードの一部を封止する樹脂層とを具備する半導体装
置に於いて、前記ボンディングワイヤーをアルミニウム
に1oppm以上のニッケルあるじ)は銅等の重金属を
添加したもので構成して成る半導体装置。
