Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to correctly measure the weight and to perform stable heating by supporting a material to be heated, a rotary table and a motor integrally by an elastic member. CONSTITUTION:The weight of a material 23 to be heated is applied to a motor 27 through a rotary table 25, and the material 23 is transferred downwardly in accordance with the weight thereof. The quantity of transfer of the material and the number of vertical vibration of the motor part is detected by a detector 31, and only the weight of the material 23 to be heated can be detected from the weight of the entire part. If the weights of a rotary pan 24, the table 25 and the motor 27 are measured beforehand, it is possible to detect only the weight of the material 23 to be heated. By controlling the operation of the oscillation of a magnetron from this output, it is possible to heat the material for an optimum heating time in accordance with the weight of the material 23 to be heated.
