PURPOSE:To permit a prime mover to be declerated only when a main clutch is to be cut-off for a long time by interlocking a lever connected to a throttle valve with a throttle operating lever and a main clutch lever and installing a delay throttle operating mechanism into the interlocking mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A lever 19 connected to the throttle valve of a prime mover is interlocked with a throttle operating lever 20 and a main clutch lever 21 for operating a main clutch into ON and OFF, through wires 26 and 28, respectively. A damper 22 and a spring 27 are installed in the middle parts of the wires 26 and 28, and a delay throttle operating mechanism is constituted of these devices. When the main clutch is to be operated into OFF for a long time, a hook 32 is engaged with the hole 33a of an engaging tool 33 by stepping-in a clutch pedal 29. 持しエンストを起さない特有な作用効果を奏する。
