Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent roughening of the inner surface of a nozzle and to enable amount of fuel supplied to always be kept at a specified value, by a method wherein a nozzle mounting part on the fuel feed side and the minimum size part of a nozzle for controlling an amount of fuel supplied are formed separately from each other. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle mounting part 3 on the fuel feed side is formed by brass excellent in machining properties, and a minimum size part 4 of a nozzle is formed by stainless excellent in resistance to corrosion. The minimum size part 4 is pressure-fit in the nozzle mounting part 3 to form them into a one-piece nozzle. As noted above, the nozzle mounting part and the minimum size part of the nozzle are formed separately from each other, and this improves machining properties, and the nozzle is also increased in size, resulting in elimination of a fear of poor ignition occurring or capacity being lowered.

Configuration of the conventional example and its problems The conventional nozzle has a nozzle 12 as shown in FIG.
,! The entire body is made of brass, and as it is used for a long time, the brass may dezincinate or be corroded by components in the fuel, causing the inner surface of the nozzle 1 to become rough, and this roughness may contain floating objects. As a result, the diameter of the minimum diameter portion 2 of the nozzle gradually decreases, resulting in a decrease in the amount of fuel supplied, causing ignition failure and a decrease in performance.

Structure of the Invention In order to achieve the above object, the nozzle of the present invention has a nozzle mounting part on the fuel supply side and a minimum diameter part of the nozzle that regulates the fuel supply amount, and the nozzle mounting part has a structure that is easy to work. The minimum diameter part of the nozzle is made of a highly corrosion-resistant material, and these two parts are combined to form one nozzle, which allows the amount of fuel supplied to be kept constant at all times, preventing ignition failure and performance. This has the effect of preventing deterioration, improving workability by separating the nozzle mounting part and the minimum diameter part of the nozzle 3 pave, and reducing material costs.
