Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a shelf from warping due to temperature variations, by superposing a woody group vinyle chloride composite resin plate and a resin plate made of vinyle chloride as its main component, respectively on both surfaces of a punching metal plate formed therein with multiple through-holes. CONSTITUTION:A woody group vinyle chloride composite resin plate 4 and a resin plate 5 made of vinyle chloride as a main component are superposed, respectively on both surfaces of a punching steel metal plate 2 formed therein with multiple through-holes 3. Further, these resin plates 4, 5 are welded together at positions corresponding to the through-holes 3 by means of heating and squeezing rolls.

1. Prior Art As is well known, the tonneau port of an automobile as shown in FIG. 1 is exposed to direct sunlight, and therefore becomes quite hot when parked on the street in the summer. Therefore, if the tonneau board was made of a general molded resin board, it would be very hot and unpleasant to the touch when touched with the hand or skin.
You can construct a tonneau board by using a decorative board 1 made of wood plywood or a painted hardboard as shown in the figure (for example, for a car with a knee of 11g), or you can use a wood-based polypropylene composite resin board as a tonneau board. In other words, wood-based polypropylene composite resin is a resin whose main component is polypropylene resin mixed with wood such as wood powder and crushed wood chips, so the ambient temperature is quite high. However, the outer surface does not reach abnormally high temperatures, and it can be used as an automobile shelving material in the same way as wood plywood.

However, a tonneau board made of wood plywood is advantageous because it does not lose its rigidity even at extremely high temperatures.
Due to its hygroscopic nature, "warping" may occur after it absorbs moisture. In addition, wood-based polypropylene composite resin boards exhibit stable properties against changes in humidity, but over long periods of time. If exposed to high temperatures for a long time, the mixed resin may soften and the ``deflection'' may not recover even after returning to room temperature. For safety, use thick plates or reinforcing members made of steel plates. There is a problem in that the weight becomes heavier.

1. Object of the Invention 1. In view of the above-mentioned problems with conventional automobile shelving materials, an object of the present invention is to provide an automobile shelving material that is relatively lightweight and does not warp due to changes in humidity. There is something to be gained.

-Structure of the Invention- In order to achieve this object, the present invention has a wood-based vinyl chloride composite resin plate and a resin plate mainly composed of vinyl chloride arranged in a polymerized manner on both sides of a punched metal forming a large number of through holes. , it is proposed that both resin plates are welded to each other at the position of the through hole.

In FIG. 3, reference numeral 2 denotes a punched metal made of a steel plate or other metal plate, in which a large number of through holes 3 having a diameter of 5 to 30 m+a are bored. Then, on both sides of the punching metal 2, two wood-based vinyl chloride composite resin plates 4 and a resin plate 5 mainly made of vinyl chloride are arranged in a superposed manner, and these resin plates 4 and 5 are heated and pressed by a heating press roll to form the through-holes. They are welded together at the hole 3 position. The wood-based vinyl chloride composite resin board 4 on the front side is chlorinated with approximately equal weight percent of wood powder, such as wood powder, crushed wood pieces, and surface polishing powder of particle board, in order to exhibit the appearance and feel that are the characteristics of wood. Although it is molded by mixing it into a resin mainly composed of vinyl, the resin plate 5 mainly composed of vinyl chloride on the back side may have the same structure as the wood-based vinyl chloride composite resin plate 4, but In order to improve the overall impact resistance, it is better to reduce the proportion of mixed wood and take advantage of the properties of impact resistant vinyl chloride resin.

When using the illustrated automotive shelf material as a tonneau board,
Since both resin plates 4 and 5 do not warp even if they contain moisture, the tonneau board exhibits stable properties against changes in humidity. When the tonneau board is exposed to high temperatures, the vinyl chloride resin contained in both resin plates 4 and 5 softens, but since both are welded to each other at the position of the through hole 3, the punching metal 2 It maintains its rigidity and does not ``deflect''.Of course, the shelf material of the present invention can be used not only for tonneau boards, but also for other shelf materials such as parcel shelves and tables. It is also possible to use a resin board by placing a carpet or the like on the surface of the resin board.

また、裏面側の樹脂層は木質粉末が混入されていない塩

Further, the resin layer on the back side may be made of vinyl chloride without wood powder mixed therein.

- Effects of the Invention - As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, it is possible to obtain an automotive shelf material that has a good feel even when touched by hand, and is stable even under high temperature conditions and humidity changes. can.
