Abstract

PURPOSE:To sever the contact between a bill conveyor belt and a pipe of bills completely as well as to make the delivery of these bills performable in a stable manner, by projecting not only a pickup roller but also a bill guide to the bill side in time of delivering these bills. CONSTITUTION:Each bill 12 is pressed to a conveyor belt 1 by dint of a keep plate 6, and accumulated on the keep plate 6 one by one in a state that its one end comes into contact with a stopper 5. In ime of delivering these bills, first of all a holder plate 16 is rotated clockwise around a shaft 17, then a pickup roller 8 is moved to some extent, projecting it to the side of these bills 12. Simultaneously with this, a bill guide 15 is also moved to some extent, situating it in position between the belt 1 and the roller 8, thus contact between a surface of the belt 1 and each bill 12 is prevented from occurring. Next, with the shaft 17 rotated, the roller 8 is rotated via a cam 13 and rubber lining 14 whereby each bill 12 is fed into space between rollers 9 and 10. With this constitution, the contact between the belt 1 and these bills 12 is completely severable and thus the desired aim is attainable.

A conveyance path is formed by the conveyance belt 1 and the rollers 3, and the banknotes are conveyed sequentially from the direction (A) into a collection chamber surrounded by a case 11. Inside the stacking chamber, a push plate 6 is provided facing the conveyance bell I-1 and urged upward by a spring 7, and one banknote advances on the press plate along the conveyance bell I-1. On the exit side of the accumulating chamber, a bill slip/flange 5 is provided so as to be able to move forward and backward in the bill conveyance path, and since this person's path is blocked by the bill 5, the bill 12 that has been conveyed will be transferred to the push plate 6.
Corporation will be listed on top. A banknote guide 4 is provided above the conveyance bell I-1 and forms the upper surface of the accumulation chamber.

When shifting from the state in which the banknotes 12 are stacked in the stacking chamber, that is, the state shown in FIG. 1, to the banknote feeding state, the pick-up roller 8 for drawing out the edge of one banknote is projected toward the banknote 12 side, as shown in FIG. And the banknote stopper 5 is as shown in FIG.
By retracting in the b) direction, the banknote conveyance path is opened. When the pick-up roller 8 rotates in the (toward) direction in this state, the banknotes 12 in the stacking chamber are sent out one by one starting from the highest one, separated by the feed roller 9 and gate roller 1O, and transferred one by one to the conveyor belt 2. It is fed out and transported in the (h) direction.

In order to achieve the above object, the banknote stacking and separating device of the present invention has a banknote guide in the banknote stacking chamber facing the banknote pushing plate, and feeds the banknotes by a conveyor bell 1- disposed along the banknote guide. In the banknote stacking and separating device, the banknotes are stacked on a banknote pushing plate and the stacked banknotes are fed out by a pick amplifier roller provided on the banknote guide side, in which both the banknote guide and the pickup roller are movable into and out of the stacking chamber. When the banknotes are fed out, both of them protrude toward the inside of the stacking chamber to cut off the contact between the stacking conveyor belt and the banknotes, and when a single banknote is stacked, both of the belts are retracted to the outside of the stacking chamber, and the pick is removed. The feature is that the contact between the amplifier roller and the banknotes is cut off.

To explain these in detail, a conveyance path for feeding banknotes into the accumulation chamber is formed by the conveyance bell 1 and rollers 3, and a spring 7 of an appropriate strength is biased against the banknote conveyance path. The present invention is the same as the conventional one in that a movable push plate 6 is provided, and a bill spacing 1 is provided so as to be movable forward and backward so as to block the direction of bill conveyance. A pickup roller 8 for feeding out banknotes is attached to the tip of the hole 1-play 1 to 16 which has a rotation center shaft 17 above the guide 5, and can change its vertical position by the hold play 1 to 16. It looks like this.

(7) In the embodiment, not only the pick-up roller 8 for bill feeding but also the bill guide 15 are configured to be able to change their positions up and down, and when paying out the bill, the pickup roller 8 and the bill guide 15 are moved vertically. By pushing out the banknotes 12 and the conveyor belt 1 at the same time to the push plate 6 side,
This eliminates the risk of instability when dispensing banknotes.
