【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は筆記具に於ける接合部を有する部品、例えば口
金、中間リング、軸筒等の接合方法に関するものである

着には前処理の状態とか隙間の有無又は接着剤の量によ
って、接合が完全でなかったり、接着剤がはみ出したり
、軸筒に汚れを生じたりする欠点がある。又、圧入には
圧入代の管理が困難で膨らみや割れ、又は圧入時に於け
る座屈の発生等の欠点がある。

低下してコストアップの要因となってぃた。

本発明は上記の目的を達成するため、筆記具に於ける接
合部品に形状記憶合金を使用し、常温に於て所定の嵌合
寸法をとり常温に対し高温域又は低温域の適宜な温度に
於て常温に於ける寸法値よりも縮少又は拡大するよう記
憶させ、この縮少又は拡大した状態に於て挿入又は軽い
圧入等により組み付けを行ない、その後冷却又は加熱に
より常温に戻して所定の嵌合寸法となしこれにより接合
を完成するものである。部品の分解を行なう場合は組み
付は状態(常温)から加熱又は冷却により縮少又は拡大
状態になすことによって容易に行なえる。
