流を阻止するチェックバルブがスプレィガンに連通ずる
吐出路に介設されるのであるが、従来のエアレス塗装用
ダイアフラムポンプにおいては、吐出路に設けた弁座に
31球からなる弁体をばねで押し伺けたボール式のチェ
ックバルブが使用されてており、このタイプのチェック
バルブは、弁体に高い真円度が要求されるため高価にな
り、ユニツト化し難いため組み付けに時間を要し、かつ
、応答性が悪いため吐出圧力の脈動が大きいという欠点
