Therefore, it is conceivable to stack a support mount on the heat-sensitive stencil sheet and glue them together at one end to improve operability due to the rigidity of the support mount. Since most of the contact with the backing paper is open except for the adhesive areas, the heat-sensitive stencil sheet is likely to slip on the support backing paper and cause wrinkles when the line feed operation of the thermal printer, especially when the line feed operation is in the opposite direction. There is a problem in that this causes trouble in the plate-making work.

On the surface of one end of the thermoplastic synthetic resin film 4 of the heat-sensitive stencil sheet 2, there is a lug 8 with an adhesive 11 which has enough rigidity to attach the sheet 2 to a rotary printing press during printing.
The lug 8 has a plurality of holes 9 transparent therein, which are engaged with the cylinders of a rotary printing press. Further, a portion of the support mount 3 to which the second adhesive 7 is not attached serves as a non-adhesive portion 10.

Now, when creating a printing stencil using the heat-sensitive stencil paper 1 configured as described above, first, both the heat-sensitive stencil sheet 2 and the support mount 3 are attached to the platen of a thermal printer, and then The plastic synthetic resin film 4 is placed opposite the thermal head.

Then, by operating a print key on the keyboard of the same printer, characters or the like are melted and perforated in a dot matrix on the thermoplastic synthetic resin film 4 by the heat of the thermal head. When covered, the molten resin of the film 4 is absorbed into the porous support 5, which prevents clogging of the perforations and allows characters, etc. formed on the thermoplastic synthetic resin film 4 to be removed. The perforation image becomes clear and the melted resin is prevented from adhering to the thermal head.

In addition, during this plate making, the support mount 3 is placed on the heat-sensitive stencil sheet 2.
Since it is polymerized, the rigidity of the support mount 3 allows it to be easily attached to a thermal printer. Moreover, since the heat-sensitive stencil sheet 2 and the support mount 3 are polymerized and bonded almost entirely through the second adhesive 7, when the printing lines are fed as the platen 2 rotates, especially in the opposite direction. At this time, there is no risk that the heat-sensitive stencil sheet 2 will slip on the support mount 3, and thereby the generation of wrinkles in the sheet 2 is reliably prevented. Therefore, causes such as damage to the heat-sensitive stencil sheet 2 and paper jams during plate-making are eliminated, and plate-making work can be performed without any trouble.

On the other hand, when printing is performed using the printing stencil made in this way, the ear portion 8 is engaged with the cylinder of a rotary printing press through the hole 9, and the non-adhesive portion 10 is pinched with a finger. Then, as the heat-sensitive stencil sheet 2 is wound around the cylinder, the support mount 3 is peeled off. In this case, since the heat-sensitive stencil sheet 2 and the support mount 3 are almost entirely polymerized and bonded by the second adhesive 7, which allows both to be easily peeled off,

If the upper limit of Il+ is exceeded, the perforation performance by the thermal head will be poor and accurate stencils cannot be obtained. Furthermore, if the thickness is less than the above range, the strength will decrease and problems such as breakage of the film 4 will occur. Furthermore, the thermoplastic synthetic resin film is usually a biaxially stretched film, preferably with a stretching ratio of 150 to 250% in both the longitudinal and transverse directions.

By the way, when wax or oil is used as the second adhesive 7, part of the molten adhesive or oil penetrates into the porous support 5 and solidifies during the manufacturing process. Since the wax or oil is melted by the heat of the thermal head during plate making and becomes fluid, the perforated portions of the thermoplastic synthetic resin film 4 can be absorbed without impairing the ability of the porous support 5 to absorb the molten resin. It is possible to prevent clogging and maintain a clear perforation image. In addition, when the support mount 3 is peeled off during printing, a portion of the wax or oil remains in a solidified state inside the porous support 5, so that the porous support for the ink supplied from the film 4 side Bleeding on the body 5 is prevented, and characters etc. printed on the printing paper can be made clear. In addition, other waxes or oils can be used on the support mount 3.
It is peeled off along with it.

Furthermore, as the second adhesive 7 for polymerizing and adhering the heat-sensitive stencil sheet 2 and the support mount 3, a synthetic resin adhesive having an adhesive force that allows the two to be easily peeled apart from the above-mentioned wax or oil can be used. can be used. The types include, for example, water-soluble resin adhesives such as casein, viscose, polyvinyl alcohol, methyl cellulose, and carboxyldroxyl methyl cellulose;
Alternatively, a solvent-based resin adhesive may be used, which is made of a mold or dispersion resin such as polyethylene, polyester, polyacrylate, polyurethane, or vinyl acetate.

It should be noted that, depending on the nature or amount of the synthetic resin adhesive, when the support mount 3 is peeled off and removed from the heat-sensitive stencil sheet 2, almost all of the synthetic resin adhesive is attached to the porous support 5 along with the support mount 3. If printing is performed using the heat-sensitive stencil sheet h2 in this state, a problem arises in that the ink bleeds onto the porous support 5. In such a case, if the porous support 5 is impregnated with wax or oil that is solid at room temperature and melts when the thermal head is heated, the ink will not bleed on the porous support 5. can be prevented.

Further, 4. There is no inconvenience that the heat-sensitive stencil sheet 2 is stretched or damaged when the mount 3 is peeled off and removed from the heat-sensitive stencil sheet 2. Further, since the carnauba wax remained in the porous support 5 of the heat-sensitive stencil sheet 2 after the mount 3 was peeled off, the remaining carnauba wax was melted by the heat of the thermal head during plate making and the porous support 5 was melted by the heat of the thermal head. The absorption function of the molten resin in the film 4 was not impaired, the perforated image on the film 4 was kept clear, and the carnauba wax solidified during printing to prevent the ink from bleeding on the porous support 5. There was no ink bleeding on the characters printed on the printing paper. Note that wax such as carnauba wax or the various oils and fats described above may be used as the porous support 5.
The reason why these adhesives remain in the adhesive is that they are brittle and break easily compared to synthetic resin adhesives.
This is thought to be because the structure of the porous support 5 adheres to the structure 11 and is easily peeled off from the support mount 3. A first adhesive (6) and a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer resin (2) are applied to one side of a film (with a stretching ratio of approximately 200% in both the longitudinal and transverse directions).
Apply an adhesive solution consisting of 0 parts by weight and 80 parts of pebbles so that the dry coating Φ is 1.5a/n+'',
On top of that is Manila hemp.
A porous support 5 having a thickness of 40 μm was stacked on top of the other porous supports 5, and they were heated and dried at 90° C. to produce a heat-sensitive 1/1 stencil sheet 2.

In addition, in this prototype example 2, when the mount 3 was peeled off and removed, a part of the synthetic resin adhesive remained in the porous support 5, and the ink on the porous support 5 was eroded. Since the bleeding was suppressed, there was no inconvenience that the characters on the printing paper would smudge.Furthermore, the backing paper 3 was removed.
] There is no inconvenience that the boria J-bonate film and porous support 5 of the heat-sensitive stencil sheet 2 are stretched or damaged during the process.

Effects of the Invention As detailed above, the present invention provides a thermoplastic synthetic resin film for melting and perforating characters etc. using the heat of a thermal head, and a sheet-like porous support capable of absorbing the molten resin of the film. A heat-sensitive stencil sheet formed by laminating the above-mentioned porous support surface to the support mount so that it faces the support mount, and has an adhesive force that allows the support mount and the porous support to be peeled off. Since the heat-sensitive stencil sheet, the support, and the mount are integrated by polymerizing almost the entire surface with an adhesive, it can be easily attached to a thermal printer, and when it is attached, it can be attached to the heat-sensitive stencil sheet. J3 Reliably prevents the appearance of wrinkles 1. This has the excellent effect of allowing plate-making work to be performed without any trouble.
