て音声として外部に出力する音声出力部とを備える音量
制御装置において、前記音声出力部から出力される音声
と外部騒音とを検出出力する検出手段と、前記検出出力
を増幅度制御信号に応答して増幅する増幅器と、前記音
声信号のレベルと前記増幅器出力中の音声信号成分レベ
ルとが一致するように増幅度制御信号を形成して前記増
幅器に出力するＡＧＣ回路と、前記増幅器出力のレベル
と前記音声信号のレベルとの差に対応する比較出力を出
力する音声信号成分キャンセル回路と、前記音声信号成
分キャンセル回路の出力に基づいて前記音量制御信号を
形成して前記音声信号レベル調整回路に出力する音量制
御信号形成回路、とを含むことを特徴とする音量制御装
