DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for cutting and separating rolled wire, and more particularly to a method for cutting and separating rolled wire so that the wires do not adhere to each other without waving the wire. Furthermore, the steaming process of steamed noodles without waving,
This is a method for cutting out and separating noodles to prevent noodles from sticking to each other during the boiling process of boiled noodles.

To cut out the noodle strips from the noodle strips, use rolling rolls in predetermined stages to cut two noodle strips to a predetermined thickness, for example, 3N thickness.
This is done by passing through the cutting blades formed by a set of cutting blade rolls, and the cut wires are embedded one by one in the grooves of the two cutting blade rolls, so that Afterwards, the rolled wire is scraped off with a comb inserted into each cutting blade roll to obtain a continuous rolled wire.

Therefore, the rolled wire cut by the cutting blade is divided into two rows, front and back, along the rows of the two comb blades inserted into the two cutting blade rolls, and falls below the cutting blade. Conventionally, these noodle strips are arranged again in a row on a plane and then subjected to steaming and boiling treatments. However, since the cut wires are sent to the next process on a conveyor or the like in close proximity to each other, there has been a problem in the past that the wires adhere to each other during this process. In other words, the rolling wires immediately after leaving the cutting blade are divided into two rows, front and back, so the gaps between the rolling wires are sparsely arranged with one wire removed, but these are then arranged in a line on a flat surface. Then, every other noodle wire that was on the other side of the array was inserted into the middle, resulting in a dense array of noodle wires and adhesion of adjacent noodle wires to each other. Adhesion of the griddle wire occurs, and this
-1 When the next step of steaming or boiling begins, the noodles are fixed in that state, and it becomes extremely difficult to loosen the noodles thereafter. Particularly in the case of industrial production, it is carried out using a continuous, fully automated system, so it is not possible to loosen the rolling wires manually during the process. In the end, the final product ends up being a mixture of noodles with noodle lines attached to them.

However, noodles to which noodle strings are attached have a poor texture, and their commercial value is significantly impaired. Furthermore, the adhesion of noodle wires also results in poor heat conduction during the steaming or boiling process, making it impossible to obtain good quality noodles. To avoid this problem, those skilled in the art have tried various methods to prevent the noodle wires from adhering to each other during the noodle manufacturing process, but the noodle wires do not reliably adhere to each other at any stage of the flow of a large number of long noodle wires. The reality is that it is not always easy to do so, and we are not currently in a satisfactory state.

The inventor has tried various methods to solve the problem of conventional wire adhesion, but the only method that can be used reliably and that can actually be adopted is to use a wire that is cut out by a cutting blade. Immediately below the pair of cutting blade rolls, the comb blades are divided into two rows, front and back, along the row of comb blades, and the rolling wires in each row are alternately arranged every other line, and then transported by the IT conveyor etc. and separated. It was discovered that steaming or boiling is best.

That is, in this invention, when cutting the noodle wire from the noodle strip, the tip of the noodle wire splitting device made of a plate-shaped body is attached to at least a part of the central part of the pair of cutting blade rolls along the length direction. The cutting blade is arranged so as to be located at the lower center of the roll, and by dividing the noodle strands cut into the front and back by the cutting blade into the front and back, the noodle strands are arranged sparsely every other one, and then this The present invention is characterized in that the rolling wire groups are transported separately.

The present invention will be described below based on an illustrated embodiment. Figure 1 shows one embodiment of this invention.
1 is a rolling belt and 2 is a final rolling roll. Raw materials such as wheat flour are mixed with water and rolled by multi-stage rolls by a conventional method, and the final rolling roll 2 rolls the mixture to a thickness of, for example, about 3 mm.
Let it be m. Next, the rolling strip 1 is sent to the middle of a pair of cutting blade rolls 7, and the rolling wire is cut out.

That is, the cutting blade 3 is made up of a pair of cutting blade rolls 7 that are meshed with each other and are provided with a large number of cutting grooves, as is known in the art.
Cutting is performed by embedding the rolled wire in every other groove of the cutting blade roll. After that, the tomomen line is scraped out from the kerf by a pair of known comb blades (not shown), and is continuously discharged from the kerf of the cutting blade roll in two rows, front and back, along the row of comb blades. Each of the rolled wires 4 and 5 cut out in this way is separated into two rows, front and back, and each row has a gap corresponding to one rolled wire between each row, and is sparsely arranged. Therefore, in the present invention, in order to maintain the sparse state of the rolled wire as it is, a rolled wire heating device made of a plate-shaped body is arranged at the lower center of the pair of cutting blade rolls 7. An example of the noodle wire heating device used in this invention is as shown in 6 in Fig. 1, and the length is approximately the same as that of the cutting blade roll, the upper part has a triangular cross section, and the lower part has a rectangular cross section. It is a plate-like body made by turning over a model columnar body. The triangular prism and the rectangular prism are joined at one side each to form a wide horizontal heating element 6.
This is turned on its side and its point is positioned at the lower center of the pair of cutting blade rolls, so that the rows of rolled wires that are cut out in front and back are separated into one front and back. The shape of the rice wire heating device used in the above example does not necessarily have a cross section of
It does not have to be an equilateral triangle, and the apex angle may just be an angle that allows the drawing wire to slide down without resistance.

Further, the two sides sandwiching the apex angle may be flat or may form a polygonal curved surface. The object of the invention can be fully achieved even if the structure of the above-mentioned linear heating device is slightly modified. FIG. 2 shows a modified example, in which a partial cutout 8 is provided at the center of the triangular prism that constitutes the rice wire heating unit 6'.
They are connected only at the upper end 9. Correspondingly, the square pillar part provided at the lower end of the men's line segment is also missing. When such a noodle wire segmenter is placed directly under a pair of cutting blade rolls and the noodle wire is cut out, as shown in Fig. 4, it is impossible to separate the front and rear of the fitted X7 line 10 at the missing part in the center. However, in other parts, separation is performed in the same manner as in FIG. In addition to the above, the structure of the rice line segment device is as shown in Figure 3: one plate A, two plates with an acute apex angle B, and a plate with an acute apex angle as shown in B. Various types can be used, such as C, which is made by joining one plate to the other.

When using the cutting wire segmenting device shown in Figure 1, the cutting wire cut out front and back by the cutting blade is divided into the front and back parts of the trench as shown in the same figure. The noodle strings separated as shown in FIG. 4 using the noodle string separating device 6' shown in FIG. 2 are separated as shown in FIG.
0 is not separated but mixed with the previous row of noodle lines and sent to the subsequent process. In this way, the rear row of noodles is divided into two types: those that mix with the front row in the center and those that remain in the rear row in areas other than the center. In addition, the above-mentioned missing part provided in such a noodle line segment part is not necessarily 1

The rolled wire separated into front and back parts using a rolled wire separating device is sent to the next step by a conventional method while being separated. That is, as shown in FIG.
The rolled wire 4 in the rear row is separately sent to the lower conveyor 12. (See FIGS. 1 and 5) These conveyors send each noodle strand to a boiling process or a steaming process, where each noodle strand is processed in its own way without sticking to each other.

According to the present invention as described above, when cutting out the noodles, the front and rear rows of the noodles can be reliably separated, and the rows of noodles are sparsely arranged, so that the attachment of the noodles is prevented even before boiling and steaming. It can definitely be prevented. Even in a mass production system in which it is difficult to add an individual loosening process, the problem of sticking wires can be reliably avoided. Furthermore, since the present invention can reliably prevent rice noodles from accumulating, it is particularly advantageous when applied to the production of superhydric noodles where raw noodles are particularly likely to adhere. Furthermore, even when boiling and steaming, heat is transferred evenly, and Meme A7 with excellent texture can be obtained.
