Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the adhesion of a foaming raw material to the periphery of a surface fastener by fitting a recessed groove section formed outside a connecting section for the surface fastener to a protruding section or a recessed section in a mold surface and fixing the surface fastener to the mold surface while foam molding the surface fastener under the state in which the surface fastener is sealed by said fitting section. CONSTITUTION:A recessed groove section 48 in a surface fastener 36 is fitted to a protruding section 42 in a mold surface, and the surface fastener 36 is mounted to the mold surface 34. A connecting section 38 at the center of the surface fastener 36 set up to the mold surface 34 is housed into a mold-surface indented section 40, and the surface fastener 36 is position-fixed by the fitting of the mold-surface protruding section 42 and the recessed groove section 48 on the outside of the connecting section 38 while being sealed by said fitting section. A polyurethane foam raw material injected into a mold cavity 32 does not intrude between the surface fastener 36 and the mold surface 34 and is foamed in a mold because the periphery of the surface fastener 36 is sealed by the engagement of the recessed groove section 48 and the protruding section 42.
