CONSTITUTION:A tube element 2 is formed such that molded plates 2a and 2b, being produced by press molding and having the same type as each other, are positioned back to back. A protrusion 12 formed on the one plate 2a is in contact with a recessed part 8 for passage formed in the other plate 2b, and a tip part 11 is soldered to form a fillet 13. When the plates 2a and 2b having the same type as each other are superposed with each other in a state to be positioned facing each other, the protrusions 12 of the plates 2a and 2b are not superposed with each other, and are disposed so that the protrusions are alternately positioned. This constitution performs reliable soldering of the protrusions and the molded plate, and prevents the occurrence of poor soldering due to displacement in abutment which heretofore occurs.
