Absorbing material 7 is constructed such that its fixing part 7a is held and fixed to a fixing groove 6b formed by the decoration frame 6 and the material is composed of substances which can be expanded or retracted, for example, soft polyvinyl chrolide resin or rubber, etc. The absorbing material 7 is positioned just above the raising section 3a, its one end is arranged to project just above the raising section 3a, its one surface is arranged to project at the central side of each of the shelves from a root point A of the raising part 3a. With such an arrangement as above, the canned foods, beer bottles or the like placed on the shelves are not easily jumped out of the front side when they are loaded in or unloaded out of the shelves.
