Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve an melting-out property of a core, and to reduce the cost by applying a material whose melting point is different, to a suitable position to match the thermal conductivity, and using the core in which a facing material has been applied to the surface. CONSTITUTION:A part of a gate 9 side of an alloy core 1 is formed by a high melting point material, and a part of an anti-gate side is formed by a low melting point material. By an operation of a vacuum pump 5, air in a core recovering chamber 4 and melting-out hole 2 is sucked, and gas in a cavity 6 is also sucked through a slit engraved in a bush 3, and a groove. A poured molten metal passes through the gate 9 from a runner 8, and when it is pressed into the cavity 6, the molten metal is solidified to the inside from the surface, and during that time, the alloy core 1 is melted instantaneously. The melting-out hole 2 is opened, and the core 1 is sucked therefrom and recovered to the core recovering chamber. Simultaneously, gas generated in the cavity 6 is sucked, and a flow works and a misrun caused by gas are prevented. After the pump 5 has been stopped by a die opening signal, the die is opened and a product is extruded.
