When the control means 43 outputs signals for changing the operation mode of a valve operation changing means 10, that is, being synchronized with signals for erasing magnetism of or exiting a solenoid 40, controls and electronic spark-advance means 50, electronic fuel injection means 51 and electronic exhaust circulation means 52 as operation means for controlling the engine in the mode corresponding to the operation mode of the valve operation changing means 10. This make it possible to perform control with valve operation mode surely matched with control factors except for valve operation, which surely improves operability and exhaustibility.
