Abstract
PURPOSE:To set a threshold level to an optimum value in a short time by outputting a level set by synthesizing the outputs of a maximum value holding means and a minimum value holding means as a threshold level. CONSTITUTION:The titled circuit is constituted of a maximum value holding means 2 for holding the maximum value of an input signal applied to an input terminal 1, a minimum value holding means 3 for holding the minimum value of the input signal, and a synthesizing means 4 for synthesizing an output of the maximum value holding value means 2 and an output of the minimum value holding means 3 and outputting a set level as a threshold level. Holding of the maximum value and the minimum value of the input signal can be attained immediately after starting the input signal. Also, the synthesizing means 4 only synthesizes the maximum value and the minimum value, and for instance, only outputs the intermediate value. In such a way, a transient time extending from a start of the input signal to an output of the set level can be shortened.
