PURPOSE:To decrease the quantity of the electrostatic charge of a high-polymer film by reflected electrons and to remove wrinkles therefrom by dividing the film thickness of a magnetic layer to two regions and specifying the film thickness of one region to a prescribed value or below, thereby providing a potential difference between the magnetic layer and a cylindrical can. CONSTITUTION:A perpendicular magnetic anisotropy film 12 consisting of Co-Cr is formed on a polyimide film. 150V potential difference is provided between a vapor deposited film and the cylindrical can 2 at the time of vapor deposition.
