Abstract

PURPOSE: To significantly shorten working time by simultaneously molding a door gasket with a decorative frame of a door body using soft vinyl chloride and soft foaming vinyl chloride. CONSTITUTION: In a door gasket of a refrigerator, a mounting base part 5a of the door gasket made of soft vinyl chloride, a compression part 5b of the door gasket made of soft foamed vinyl chloride are produced by profile extrusion together with a decorative frame 4 made of hard vinyl chloride. In this process, the soft foamed vinyl chloride 5b is supported at both lower ends by a part 4a of the decorative part 4 so as to make a stable shape during the molding. This enables the simultaneous extrusion molding of the door gasket with the decorative frame 4 to eliminate the need for the single work of the extrusion, cutting, insertion and the like of the gasket thereby significantly shortening working time.
