先端金物10が嵌合固定されており、該先端金物
10の内端から外端にかけては所定の位置に通孔
12,13,14,15,16が配置されてお
り、通孔12,13の内端側には、送気パイプ
8、送水パイプ9が嵌入され、該通孔12,13
の外端側には、接続パイプ17,18が嵌入さ
れ、送気パイプ8、送水パイプ9と接続パイプ1
7,18は、先端金物10内で連通し、該接続パ
イプ17,18は、先端金物7の外端面から幾分
突出している。また、通孔14には両端部を先端
金物10の両端から幾分突出させた固定パイプ1
9が嵌合固定されており、該固定パイプ19の内

ずせば簡単に送気、送水用ノズルの洗浄を行ない
得るものであり、従来、この部分の洗浄が十分に
行なえなかつたことによる不衛生さを解消するこ
とができ、また毎回簡単に洗浄できるのでノズル
の目詰り防止にも役立つ。加えて、従来、ノズル
単体を取り外し洗浄することは、ノズル自体が非
常に小さいものであり扱いにくく、再固定すると
きノズル開口を観察窓にきちんと向けなければな
らないため術者が取り扱うには極めて厄介であつ
たが、取り替えキヤツプとノズルが一体化してい
るので取り替えキヤツプを先端金物に取り付けれ
ばノズル開口が観察窓方向にセツトされ極めて扱
