Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance dimensional accuracy and the quality of finishing of an inner surface by providing an inner periphery component of resin molded product with a separate thin wall material and also providing the inner periphery component usable as a core at the time of molding. CONSTITUTION:A hollow product 1 as a core of desired shape is molded by blow molding, vacuum molding or the like, and the same is disposed in a molding die, into which synthetic resin solution is injected to mold a hollow molded product 2 of an outer component and integrated with the hollow molded product 1. Resin or metal is used as the material of the core, and the integration of hollow molded products 1 and 2 is completely carried out by using resin. In case material of different kind has to be used, a chemical-resistant material is used for the molded product 1, while a material of high strength is used for the molded product 2. As for the metal, aluminum foil, copper, gold, silver or the like is used. Further, in case the deformation of the core or the like is anticipated because of the pressure in molding, a filling 3 such as gas, liquid, sand or the like is filled in the core and the filling 3 is removed after molding, and then the molded product 1 is cut in compliance with the molded product 2. By said process, a product of given thickness with a good quality finished inner surface is manufactured.
