Abstract
PURPOSE:To wash the bottom part of the inner cavity of a reaction vessel quickly, by providing a separately injecting head so that it is moved up and down with respect to a mounting stage, providing a plug-shaped guide member to the lower surface, and providing sucking ports of sucking nozzles on the upper side of the outer surface of the guide member. CONSTITUTION:One nozzle (n) is formed with separately injecting nozzles 4..., sucking nozzles 5... and air jetting nozzles 6... at the lower surface of a separately injecting head 3, with the air jetting nozzles as outer tubes. The separately injecting nozzles 4 are located in the insides of the nozzles 6. The three kinds of the nozzles are assembled in the state of the three-layer tubes. The nozzles (n) are arranged in correspondence with reaction vessels 10 on both sides of a titrating plate 1. Valves V1 and V2 are opened. Under the state the valves V3 and V4 are closed, a washing pump P1 and a compressor P2 are operated. Then, washing water in a washing water tank T1 is sent into a distributing chamber 30 and further distributed into the separately injecting nozzles 4.... The water is jetted through the discharge ports at the tip of the nozzles. Air, which is jetted through the discharge port of the compressor P2 is sent into a distributing chamber 30 and further distributed into the air jetting nozzles 6.... The air is jetted through the discharge ports. The sucking nozzles 5..., which are communicated to a collecting chamber 31, perform the sucking operations.
