CONSTITUTION:This ceramics contains Y, Ba, Cu, V and O as essential components and has >95K critical temp. TC. The pref. atomic ratio of Y:Ba:(Cu+V) is 1:2:3 and that of V to Cu is 0<V/Cu<1. The ceramics is formed by preparing powder for sintering having a prescribed compsn. and by molding and sintering the powder.
