Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the load of a CPU by allowing a hardware to check chattering, and only at the time of judging a signal level changing point, interrupting a CPU. CONSTITUTION:At the arrival of an input signal 1, an FF 1 and an EXOR gate 4 detect electric chattering. When the output of the gate 4 is 'H', the input signal 1 is decided as a signal having no chattering. The state of the signal 1 after 10msec is detected by FFs 2, 3 and a coincidence gate 6, and when the output of the gate 6 is 'H', no chattering is decided. Then, chattering is checked by an EXOR gate 5, and when the output of the gate 5 is 'H', generation of a changing point in the signal 1 during the 10msec is indicated. On the other hand, mechanical chattering is checked by a coincidence gate 10, and when the output of the gate 10 is 'H', no generation of mechanical chattering is indicated. At the rise of an AND gate 7, the CPU 12 is interrupted and the which input signal generates the change is decided by an input port 11.
