Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the wait time of each process and to increase an inspection speed by moving plural chambers along a closed track and performing inspection object article insertion, deaeration, vacuum degree inspection, and object article extraction in order for the respective chambers. CONSTITUTION:The chambers 3 are fitted to an endless rotary body (chain conveyor) 2 and moved along the closed track. A carton 50 of bodies to be inspected such as medical supply ampules is inserted into a chamber 3 at an insertion/extraction position 4 and the chamber is closed. A deaeration box 45 at a 1st deaeration position 5 is coupled with a deaeration mechanism 20 for the chamber 3, which is evacuated. The chamber 3 is moved by the conveyor 2 and its degree of vacuum is inspected by the detection box 46 at a 1st detection position 6. The inside of the chamber 3 is held at atmospheric pressure and the chamber is turned over, and deaeration and vacuum degree inspection is carried out at a 2nd deaeration position 7 and a 2nd detection position 8. Lastly, the inspected carton 50 is taken out at the insertion/extraction position 4.
