Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve surface hardness and durability and simplify its structure, by a method wherein a transparent conductive film mainly comprised of tin oxide or the transparent conductive film and a coating containing antimony oxide particles is provided on a transparent board, on which a hard coating is provided further. CONSTITUTION:At least 70wt.% tin oxide is contained within a transparent conductive film. It is preferable that a thickness of the film is 50Angstrom -5000Angstrom from a view point of conductivity and transparency. A coating to be formed on the transparent conductive film contains 10-75wt.% antimony oxide particles whose mean particle diameter is 1-200mum. Antimony oxide sol obtained by dispersing antimony trioxide and/or antimony pentaoxide into water or an organic solvent in a colloidal state is preferable as the antimony pentaoxide. Organopolysiloxane-type cured coating is preferable as a hard coating from a view point of surface hardness, adhesion and durability. Inorganic oxide particles especially silica in a particulate state is used jointly preferably in the hard coating by aiming at improving the weather resistance and the surface hardness.
