Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a material product inexpensively and in large quantities, by a method wherein three layers of opening and closing device materials such as a cellular layer, back layer and chuck tape are laminated at a time. CONSTITUTION:An air chamber 11 is molded of a polyethylene film 1 of a material for formation of a cellular layer while feeding the film 1 by an air chamber molding roller 2 having a large number of air chamber molding cavities on the surface of a cylinder. Then the film 1 is superposed upon a polyethylene film 3 of a material for formation of a back layer, heated by a heating device not illustrated herein, pressurized by a pressurizing roller 4, the polyethylene films 1, 3 are stuck to each other and a cellular sheet 5 is completed. The polyethylene films 1, 3 and a chuck tape 6 are stuck to one another almost simultaneously by feeding the chuck tape 6 between the polyethylene film 3 and pressurizing roller 4 by a feed device not illustrated herein provided on the pressurizing roller 4 at predetermined intervals, for example, of two times as deep as the depth dimension of a bag becoming a product.
