ル7を介して調節して切、保温、調理の各操作を
順次に行う電気調理器において、バイメタル2と
並列にサイリスタ4を、又ゲート信号電源回路5
に開閉器6を、更にダイアル7にその保温操作位
置で開閉器6をオンしバイメタル2をオフする開
閉手段8を各設け、ダイアル7を保温操作位置と
することによりバイメタル2をオフ、開閉器6を
オンとなしヒーター1をサイリスタ4で電流制御
