ル７を介して調節して切、保温、調理の各操作を
順次に行う電気調理器において、バイメタル２と
並列にサイリスタ４を、又ゲート信号電源回路５
に開閉器６を、更にダイアル７にその保温操作位
置で開閉器６をオンしバイメタル２をオフする開
閉手段８を各設け、ダイアル７を保温操作位置と
することによりバイメタル２をオフ、開閉器６を
オンとなしヒーター１をサイリスタ４で電流制御
