Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the title superconductive oxide ceramic material having excellent resistance to water and moisture by forming a plasma-polymerized film protective layer on the material, and further forming a resin protective layer thereon. CONSTITUTION:The oxides or the compds. forming an oxide by heating are mixed in a specified ratio, the mixture is heated, a binder is added to the mixture, the mixture is compacted, and the obtained compact is sintered to obtain a superconductive oxide ceramic sintered body. At least one plasma-polymerized protective layer is formed on the sintered body. The plasma-polymerized film consisting of C, H, F, N, etc., is preferably used, the film is obtained by plasma- polymerizing a raw gas contg. C, H, F, etc., and the layer thickness is preferably controlled to about 5-200nm. The resin protective layer is then formed on the plasma-polymerized protective layer. A radiation-curing resin, etc., are appropriately used as the resin material, and the layer thickness is preferably controlled to >=0.1mum.
