Abstract

PURPOSE: To enhance the thermal efficiency of a noodles boiling machine by using a pulse combustor as a heating source, so that the high-temperature exhaust heat due to combustion can be usefully and effectively transmitted to the reserved water inside a hot water tank. CONSTITUTION: A machine body A is provided with a hot water tank 3 in which a heat exchanging part C consisting of the combustion chamber 1 of a pulse combustor B and a tail pipe 2 are incorporated, and the reserved water inside the hot water tank 3 is heated to raise its temperature by the heat exchanging part C. On the upper part of the hot water tank 3, a basket frame 5 for insertedly supporting baskets 4 is detachably attached, so that the taking in and out of the noodles put in the baskets 4 inside the hot water tank 3 can be easily and surely carried out. Further, the air- supply fan F of the pulse combustor B, and an air-supply muffler 6 and an exhaust muffler 7 are installed under the lower space of the hot water tank 3, so that the space of the machine body A can be effectively and collectedly utilized, and further the connecting end parts 8a, 9a of the air-supply pipe 8 connected to the air-supply fan F and the exhaust pipe 9 connected to the exhaust muffler 7 are projectedly arranged to the upper side part of the machine body A, for instance, to the upper part of a back guide 10. Thus, the simplification and safety of the piping work can be achieved.
