Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable full-surface sticking with good workability by coating a UV curing type adhesive agent on the surface of a recording film and curing the adhesive agent, then sticking substrates to each other by using an anaerobic adhesive agent or hot melt type adhesive agent. CONSTITUTION:The recording layer forming surface of the optical disk substrate is first subjected to a treatment for spin coating a UV curing resin liquid thereon, then projecting UV rays thereon to solidify the resin. The two substrates are then adhered by using the anaerobic adhesive agent or the hot melt type adhesive agent in the state of prohibiting the permeation of moisture. Moisture resistance is improved if the optical disk is formed in such a manner even if the moisture resistance of the anaerobic adhesive agent or the hot melt type adhesive agent itself is not sufficient. In addition, the sticking of the optical disk substrates with good workability is possible. The workability in the sticking stage is thereby improved and the characteristic of the full-surface sticking type optical disk are upgraded.
