Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance treatment efficiency, by adding a specific phosphoric acid immobilizing agent and a phosphoric acid precipitate forming agent to a biological nitrating and denitrifying treatment process. CONSTITUTION:An org. substance-containing liquid 1 is introduced into a biological nitrating and denitrifying treatment apparatus A to perform biochemical reaction and the gas 2 for oxidation is introduced into said apparatus A. Further, a phosphoric acid insolubilizing precipitate forming agent and a phosphoric acid immobilizing agent 6 are directly added to the org. substance-containing liquid to perform reaction. Subsequently, a flocculation aid 15 is added to the sludge slurry 7 after reaction to introduce said slurry into a membrane apparatus C under pressure and membrane separation is performed. Then, a dehydrated cake 9 and a separated liquid 10 are respectively discharged out of a system. As the precipitate forming agent, Ca(OH)2 or CaCl2 is used. By this method, treatment efficiency can be enhanced.
