Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a power source for inverter control circuit, by half-wave rectifying the voltage induced in a secondary winding round around a choke coil in a load circuit then smoothing the rectified voltage. CONSTITUTION:A power source equipment comprises an inverter 1, a DC power source 2, a starting circuit 17, etc., and supplies power to load circuits 12a-12b. Secondary windings 22a-22b are wound around choke coils 13a-13b and the voltages induced in the secondary windings 22a-22b are half-wave rectified and smoothed so as to form a DC power source circuit 23 for inverter 1 control circuit 5. When the inverter 1 is operated through a starting circuit 17 and current flows through the load circuits 12a-12b, voltages are induced in the secondary windings 22a-22b. The induced voltage is rectified and smoothed then fed to a control circuit 5 so as to operate the inverter 1 in steady state through turning ON/OFF of transistors 3-4.
