Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize low cost and easy terminal processing by furnishing a conductive layer covered and painted with a conductive material to an electric wire which consists of a leading line covered with an insulating layer. CONSTITUTION:To electric wires composed by covering leading lines 1 and 5 with insulating layers 2 and 6, conductive layers 3, 7, and 9 covered and painted with a conductive rubber, a conductive plastic, a conductive silicon resin, a conductive paint, or the like which is made by mixing a conductive material such as carbon powder, aluminum powder, iron powder, copper powder, and nickel powder to a high polymer material, or with a conductive high polymer material, are furnished. In such a composition, the structure is simple compared with a metallic conductive layer, the manufacture is easy to enable a mass production, and a low cost is realized. A shield wire and a shield cable with an easy terminal processing can be obtained in such a way.
