Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the titled material maintaining stability even at high temp. by using Y.Ba.Cu sulfide as a base. CONSTITUTION:Yttrium sulfide is mixed with barium sulfide and copper sulfide in the form of powder and the mixture is calcined in an S or H2S atmosphere to obtain the titled material of Y-Ba-Cu-S type.
