Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide a capacitor where its capacitance is the same level as that of an electrolytic capacitor and its dependency on a temperature is exceedingly small, by filling bores in a metallic, anodic oxide film with high polymer conductive material. CONSTITUTION:Anodic oxidation 12 is performed at one side of a metallic plate 11 and after this sample is exhausted in a vacuum, the sample is cooled and is coated with high polymer conductive material 13 and after that, it is exhausted in a vacuum container and is charged in the bores 13 of an anodic oxide film. When a high polymer film obtained is dried in a vacuum, it is actually solidified and is formed into a conductive film which has decreased conductivity. This capacitor is characterized by superior properties where its capacitance is extremely large and its temperature coefficient is small as well. Al, Ti, and the like where anodic oxidation can be performed and a cross section structure as shown in the figure is obtained are used at the metallic plate 11. Most of high polymers, if they have electroconductive property, can be used but above all it is preferable to have the macromolecules having electronic conductive property.
