Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A subscriber pass word setting section 8, in receiving a subscriber ID code and a subscriber pass word set request from a terminal equipment, stores the subscriber pass word to an area corresponding to the subscriber ID code of an access memory 4. A subscriber ID code illegal access preventing control section 9 receives the access from a terminal equipment under a specific condition and allows an access processing section 10 to start the data processing requested by the subscriber. The specific condition means the ID code inputted from a terminal equipment for the access with the subscriber ID code and the pass word are coincident with the subscriber ID code stored in the access memory 4 and the subscriber pass code and the input number of times of the subscriber pass word is within the effective input number of times.
